Gary McGaghey joined Williams Lee in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. He has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brookdale Senior Living. Prior to that, Gary held a number of senior finance leadership positions during his career at GE Capital.

Gary is also a member of the Board of Directors for St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation and TAIT

Co., Ltd., a large multinational company which manufactures IT products and systems for automakers, heavy duty vehicles, and other industries across Asia Pacific.

As the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) for Williams Lee Corp. (Nasdaq:WLK) Gary is responsible for all financial management functions, including financial planning and analysis, portfolio and product level risk management, treasury and capital market activities, financial controls and accounting.

Gary graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Business Administration. He holds certifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in New York, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the Institute of Business Accountants in London.

Before moving back to Milwaukee, Gary McGaghey served as the Group Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Electric and GE Capital, managing the financial aspects of $1 trillion in annual revenue globally with approximately 35,000 employees worldwide. McGaghey has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions with a focus on asset finance, project finance, credit risk management, international sales & distribution over time horizons ranging from 3 months to 30 years as well as general corporate support functions – Comptroller’s office, administrative services department and investor relations team.
